These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MI-S website and any installation services provided by MI-S Mobile Installation Solutions ("MI-S," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
MI-S provides mobile installation services for fleet technology including GPS tracking, dashcams, ELDs, ADAS systems, telematics, and related commercial vehicle electronics. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or purchase orders executed between MI-S and the client.
2. Quotes & Agreements
Quotes provided via our website or direct communication are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by an MI-S representative. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle access, site conditions, hardware availability, and scope changes.
3. Installation Standards
- All installations are performed by vetted, experienced technicians
- Work conforms to OEM specifications and applicable DOT/FMCSA regulations
- MI-S provides QC documentation and installation records upon request
- Warranty on workmanship is 90 days from date of installation unless otherwise specified in the service agreement
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely access to vehicles at the agreed location and time
- Ensure vehicles are operational and free of pre-existing electrical issues that would prevent proper installation
- Supply accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN) prior to scheduling
- Notify MI-S of any fleet management or compliance documentation requirements in advance
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Standard terms are Net-30 from invoice date for approved commercial accounts. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. MI-S reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 60 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
MI-S's liability for any claim arising from installation services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific installation giving rise to the claim. MI-S is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or vehicle downtime, except where caused by MI-S's gross negligence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the MI-S logo, photography, and written content — is the property of MI-S Mobile Installation Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or index site content without written consent from MI-S.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
